TelCan Dial-Around service allows customers to dial a toll-free
number before entering the destination number for long-distance
calling. Our system will detect the user’s caller ID and identify
the client without the need to enter an authorization PIN.
Dial-around is especially convenient for residential
customers and cellular users who wish to bypass their primary long-distance
provider and take advantage of discounted calling rates.
As a wholesaler, you can offer dial-around
as a prepaid card or as post-paid subscriber service. TelCan will
offer you the tools you need for either model.
Group your client accounts under different agents. Provide your

location, TelCan will not detect the Caller ID and will immediately

Records (CDRs) in almost real time. It takes just a few seconds
for a call to be posted online. TelCan also offers a unique system
to search for calls, which can help you resolve disputes more efficiently
and with less hassle.
Your posted CDRs provide all the details you
need: when a call was made, wholesale charges, and end-user charges.
