The TelCan Dial-Around service allows customers to dial a toll-free number before entering the destination number for long-distance calling. Our system will detect the user’s caller ID and identify the client without the need to enter an authorization PIN.

Dial-around is especially convenient for residential customers and cellular users who wish to bypass their primary long-distance provider and take advantage of discounted calling rates.

As a wholesaler, you can offer dial-around as a prepaid card or as post-paid subscriber service. TelCan will offer you the tools you need for either model.

Agent Setup
Group your client accounts under different agents. Provide your agents with commission rates and login access to manage their own clients. Your agents will be able to access a neutral site and will only manage their own end-users. By outsourcing the sales and provisioning to your agents, you will save time and money.

Product Management
A product ID is a combination of billing parameters such as connection fee, billing interval, rate table, monthly fee, and agent commission. Grouping parameters into a product is convenient when assigning pricing models to agents.

Rate Management
Easily create multiple retail-rate tables that fit your markets. You can upload rates from a spreadsheet, mark-up from the wholesale prices, or change country rates.

End-User Login Access
Establish login access to your clients though a private-label secure site. The login site allows your users to view their statements, change profile, view call details, order new lines and submit service complaints.

8XX Access Number
You have the choice of bringing your own toll-free number to TelCan’s switch or we can assign you a toll-free number for your inbound access.

Calling Card Option
If your existing subscriber is traveling or calling from a foreign location, TelCan will not detect the Caller ID and will immediately prompt the user to enter a PIN. All calls will be displayed and billed on the same account.

Voice Greetings
Upload your own company greetings or use TelCan’s standard greetings. Program your cards to announce “minutes remaining” or “dollar remaining.”

Running Invoices
Running client invoices takes just a few minutes. Just create your own billing cycle and go. In just a few minutes, your client invoices will available for viewing online. Similarly, you can download a compressed file with all invoices in text format for easy printing.

Billing Platform
With our billing platform, you can view and download Call Detail Records (CDRs) in almost real time. It takes just a few seconds for a call to be posted online. TelCan also offers a unique system to search for calls, which can help you resolve disputes more efficiently and with less hassle.

Your posted CDRs provide all the details you need: when a call was made, wholesale charges, and end-user charges.

Reporting Tools
These are some of the reports you can run:
- Usage/profit reports on any period of your choice: daily, weekly monthly, or you can simply choose your start and end dates.
- Reports on cards being issued, cards expired, card usage, and more.
- By card group, client, agent, or distribution level.
- Standard Call Detail reports where you can specify a number of filtering parameters.
